I just received the following email on the beta test:

Dear Beta Testers,

Thank you for your patience as our development team continues to add improvements to the Family Tree program before we begin our beta 2 testing.  In preparation for the next round of testing, the beta web site has been shut down and is no longer available.

You can still invite members who "do not have experience doing family history work" to be beta testers. (Link provided) You will be able to access this web site and add church members to be potential beta testers until March 20th.  We do not yet have a date for the beginning of beta 2. Until that date is announced, we will not contact any of the names you submitted to the web site to be potential beta testers.

Thanks,
Beta Test Team

Renee's Note: The goal is to have 15,000 people take the survey to become potential beta testers. Out of that 15,000 only 10,000 individuals will be accepted.
If you have anyone you want to have submitted for consideration to beta test let me know and I will add them. You must be new to genealogy and LDS to be a Beta 2 tester.
